For the external audit performed this past August 20, we were able to certify, once more, our approach on efficiency, high quality service and achievement of results; we obtained the COPC GMD 6.0 Recertification which is a way to guarantee our commercial partners that through various management practices, metrics and measures, we improve customer satisfaction and thus contribute to the success of their businesses.
