In May 2025, our organization achieved an important milestone in our commitment to operational excellence: we earned the COPC Certification, one of the most rigorous and globally recognized standards for customer experience management and operational performance.

What Is COPC GMD?

We were certified under the COPC Global Managed Services Standard (COPC GMD).
This version of the COPC standard is specifically designed for organizations that manage service operations on behalf of other companies, including Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) providers and managed services organizations.

The COPC GMD standard evaluates an organization’s ability to:
